Abstract

The article focuses on the constitutional argument surrounding reproductive healthcare access in prisons in Massachusetts. Topics discussed include laws governing prisoners right and ability to access reproductive healthcare in the U.S.; challenges that female prisoners face in accessing reproductive healthcare; and Roe v. Wade court case addressing state's interests in regulating abortions and protecting women's health and protecting the potentiality of human life.
