Abstract

The article discusses cyberbullying and impacts on mind of victims and bullies and limitations of law addressing such instances. Topics include cyberbullying abusers and victims existing in wide spectrum of ages such as from school-aged children to adults; increase in number of cyberbullying due to factors such as increasing exposure to Internet, smart phones and social media, Facebook, Twitter; and authorities placing juveniles accused of cyberabuse under parental or school supervision.
