Abstract
- The article focuses on the contractors' attitude towards the Contract Farming Agreements (CFAs). It presents a report by real estate service provider Strutt & Parker at Cereal on the impact of the contractors' demands on land bidding. It further states that land with good storage, drainage, and other facilities receive more interest from contractors. Information on the CFA earning is also provided.
