O Trabalho Social em Programas Habitacionais: O Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida em Teresina.

This article aims to analyze the process of implantation of social work in the enterprises of the My House My Life Program in Teresina, identifying its peculiarities. It is sought to highlight the shape assumed by this work, assisting in understanding of the problems encountered during the development of this intervention. This study of qualitative approach brings about preliminary survey of postgraduate research data the master's level. It is a research realize in the years from 2015 to 2016, whose methodology comprised documentary field research, with realization semistructural interview with technicias and managers of the municipal secretariat of labor. Citizenship and social work and municipal secretariat of urban development and housing used technique content analysis for data interpretation. It is inferred that there was a significant advancement of social work in National Habitation Policy phn when its implementation becomes obligatory in this area, in order to promote the exercise of participation and social inclusion of these families. However, in the current capitalist dynamics, it appears as a legitimization of the actions developed in this area, which instead of promoting the right to the city, extends the segregation and differences.
