Abstract: The article presents author's views regarding changes in the life of priest through ordination, appointment as a pastor and assignments to new parishes or ministers. Topics discussed include the transition stage of priests in three stages through endings, neutral zone and new beginnings. Priests are familiar with practice of spiritual and psychological growth.
