OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for content determination of baicalin in Qinxiangqingie oral liquid by HPLC, so as to establish the quality control specification of Qinxiangqingie oral liquid. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Agilent SB-C18(250 mm X 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid ( V： V： V= 47 : 53 : 0. 2), with detective wave length of 280 nm , flow rate of 1. 0 m l/m in, sample size of 10 μgl and column temperature of 30 °C. RESULTS： Baicalin in 2. 409 μg/ml-77. 080 μg/ml had good linear relationship , the average recovery rate was 100. 0%, RSD was 1. 7%.
