Abstract

Hybrid γ-carboline-based compounds containing a nitrooxy group as an NO-donor were prepared. It was shown that the introduction of this group did not affect the inhibitory activity of γ-carboline pharmacophore against acetyl- and butyrylcholinesterase. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
