前列地尔联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛临床观察.

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain patients treated with alprostadil (PGE1),Mecobalamin (mecbl) and the self-made Shouwu Baoyuan particles.Methods:The 309 patients with DPN pain were randomly divided into three groups (A,B and C),103 patients in each group.All patients were given intravenous MeCbl.The patients in group A were given intravenous infusion of PGE1.The patients in group B were added with Shouwu Baoyuan particles (prepared fleece flower root,sealwort,glossy privet fruit,Astragalus,Epimedium,Poria,Citrus aurantium,licorice,dogwood),on the basis of treatment of group B.All had continuous treatment for 3 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of group B was 89.3％,significantly higher than that in group A and group C (79.6％ and 55.3％,P＜0.05).During treatment,no serious adverse effects were observed in the three groups.Conclusions:For diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain,the treatment of prostaglandin combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective,safe,and worthy of clinical application.
