Abstract

Nowadays in the field of orthopedics, peripheral nerve injury has been affecting patients. Muscle atrophy and apoptosis in skeletal muscle atrophy, neuro muscular junction trophic factor of metabolic disorder occurs, reduction of muscle satellite cells, growth factors and mitochondria and a variety of enzyme changes are mechanism of denervated skeletal muscle atrophy. Electrical stimulation method and protect neurons and growth factor, nerve implantation to improve the rate of nerve regeneration and passive activities can be effective in the treatment of patients with.
