Abstract
- The article offers information the use of statin drugs for cardiovascular benefits, where scientists and critics are concerned regarding their increasing usage. It highlights the benefits of cholesterol and the emergence of these drugs which were devised to combat excess cholesterol in the arteries. Topics discussed include primary care for heart attacks, insurance policy regarding the matter and effects of the drugs which include mortality, muscle pain and weakness.
