阿达木单抗注射液联合白芍总苷治疗甲氨蝶呤不耐受型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of total glucosides of paeony combined with adalimumab injection on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with anti rheumatoid drug. Methods: 86 cases with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with adalimumab injection, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with total glucosides of paeony capsules on the basis of the control group. Then the morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), rheumatoid factor (FR) and clinical curative effect of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with before treatment, the morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and rheumatoid factor (FR) levels in the two groups decreased (P < 0.05); compared with the control group after treatment, the morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and rheumatoid factor (FR) level in the experiment group were lower (P<0.05), while the the clinical effective rate was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Total Glucosides of paeony combined adalimumab injection can reduce invalid antirheumatic drugs for rheumatoid arthritis patients of ESR, FR levels and improve the clinical symptoms, and the clinical curative effect is better.
