参与大学生创新训练计划的收获与体会.

The "Structure and Mechanical Properties of the 3rd Generation Advanced High Strength Steel ( AHSS)" is taken as a project to apply for college students' innovative training project. The authors all joined the project. In the process, the authors' theoretical knowledge and basic skills were improved; the approaches and means of scientific research were extended ； several research papers have been published. With the knowledge, ability and attitude enhanced on all fronts to our teammates, it has important significance for us in the future study, research or work. Eventually we won the national excellent project, and the importance of innovative training project has been proved by the harvests and experience in the process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
