Abstract
- This paper focuses on accomplishing the high reliability reconfigurable FOG signal processing system. Design is done to improve the reliability of the entire system. In order to realize the system reconfigurable, SRAM-based FPGA is adopted as the signal processor. Scrubbing technology based on active partial reconfiguration is used to insure the SRAM-based FPGA operating properly. A 14 MeV neutron radiation experiment is taken to evaluate the radiosensitivity of the system. It is concluded that the design with scrubbing technology as core can increase the reliability significantly. This lies the foundations for the application of high reliability reconfigurable FOG for satellite. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
