NOTAS SOBRE LA DISTINCIÓN DEL DELITO DE USO NO AUTORIZADO DE BIENES EMBARGADOS DE OTRAS FIGURAS AFINES.

This article, after a brief reference to the new criminal protection regime of creditors' claims rights, addresses the punitive treatment given to unauthorized use of properties seized by the State, using for that a comparative study with related crimes already punished within the Penal Code, specifically embezzlement and some types of assets' concealment and thefts. Finally it also values the opportuneness of this new crime introduced ex novo by LO 1/2015. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
