Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the importance of labor education for unionized workforce through labor centers such as the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Labor Center. According to professor Sarah Laslett, business depends on higher education to provide officials who are trained and compare the spent resources between business schools and labor education. The author also mentions the significance of collective bargaining and the mixed economy to state-sponsored labor education.
