PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇO EM SAÚDE HOSPITALAR: UMA ANÁLISE DA INOVAÇÃO DOS PROCESSOS EM HEMODIÁLISE NO HOSPITAL DA CIDADE DE PASSO FUNDO.

The innovation process has become important in the development and improvement of health services provided by hospitals. This study aims to determine how the Anvisa Resolution no 11/2014, related to hemodialysis materials, influences or contributes to innovation in healthcare processes in this area, making changes in supportive care, including the issue of contamination by hepatitis The research was characterized as a case study, qualitative and exploratory. The study context was the hemodialysis unit of the Hospital of the city of Passo Fundo, considered a reference center for the Borthern region of Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection consisted of analysis of reports on the number of visits and patient profiles and semi structured interviews with twelve employees of the hospital sector. The results showed that within the institution contamination by hepatitis during the hemodialysis procedure is not usual, and there is a strict control of quality of service. The non-reuse of dialyzers and arterial and venous lines of patients infected by hepatitis can be considered a major innovation, but, in turn, generated an increase in service costs.
