DESCOBRINDO UMA PROFISSÃO: PROJETO PARA A FORMAÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE OCUPACIONAL EM ADOLESCENTES.

The objective of this article is reporting an intervention project as career guidance process accomplished through group dynamics, roles plays and interviews. The process of finding a profession was developed with a group of students attending high school in a State College during five meetings. It is considered that career guidance has enabled young people the knowledge of oneself and building a life project. The project allowed for help them identify their strengths, encouraging them to go to active their goals through a profession that enables the transformation of social reality in which they find themselves.
