Abstract: The article discusses the introduction of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) therapy to the neonatal transport environment. Topics include the number of infants managed on HFNC support in Great Britain, safety of the Acute Neonatal Transfer Service (ANTS) in delivering HFNC support during neonatal transportation, and blood gas analysis on infants on respiratory support.
