Abstract

The article offers information on the use of sonographic method for evaluating fetal head descent. Topics discussed include use of method intrapartum transperineal ultrasound (ITU), clinical classification proposed by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and evaluating the risk of dystocia.
