Abstract: The article discusses the use of real estate to generate revenue at Antioch College. Topics include the relation of the creation of housing units as part of an intentional community to the Yellow Springs, Ohio housing market, the ecological sustainability of the housing development, and the involvement of senior citizens in the project. The impact of the college's Wellness Center on revenue is noted.
