Abstract: The hybrid Carex diluta × C. distans has been found new for Armenia. This is the first Carex hybrid mentioned for Armenia. For Carex hartmanii and Carex muricata subsp. ashokae additional localities are reported. Both formerly overlooked species are widely distributed in Armenia. The occurrence of Carex cilicica has been confirmed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
