- The article focuses on the views of Elvia Almachi, works at rose farm in Cotopaxi in Ecuador, and Mariana del Jesus Mendoza, member of the U.S. Fair Trade, Ecuador regarding production of improved quality of roses and cocoa respectively which are at higher demand during Valentine's celebration.
