快速康复理念在外科腹外疝病人护理中的 应用分析.

Objective: To study the effect of application of fast track rehabilitation nursing for abdominal external hernia. Methods: Choosed54cases of abdominal external hernia patients from Apr. 2013 to May. 2014 to divide into study group and controlled group with 27 cases. The controlled group were treated with routine nursing, the study group were treated with fast track rehabilitation. Compared the satisfaction rate, incidence of complication, operation time, in-hospital time of these two groups. Results: The satisfaction rate of study group was higher than controlled group(P<0.05). The index of operation time, action time and in-hospital time of study group were better than controlled group(P<0.05). The incidence of complication of study group was 3. 7%, lower than 18.5% of controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Application of fast track rehabilitation nursing for abdominal external hernia is effective to short in-hospital time with high satisfaction rate to extend in clinic.
