INFLUÊNCIA DOS EXCIPIENTES NA DISSOLUÇÃO IN VITRO DOS FÁRMACOS A PARTIR DE CÁPSULAS GELATINOSAS DURAS CONTENDO CETOPROFENO 50 MG.

This study reports the comparative results of the evaluation of the dissolution efficiency and dissolution kinetic of ketoprofen from three batches with different formulations in the form of capsule, alternating the quantities of excipients that compose it. The statistical analysis of the dissolution efficiency values obtained showed significant differences between the dissolution profiles of products 002/12 and 001/12, however, no significant difference was observed between the values of dissolution efficiency for products 003/12 and 001/12. The kinetic parameters obtained pointed to a better performance of the product 003/12 in relation to the product 002/12. Therefore, it can be said that the excipients interfere on in vitro dissolution of capsules of the drug ketoprofen. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
