La articulación entre comunicación política, imaginarios y emociones: un acercamiento a la Revolución Ciudadana en Ecuador.

This article develops a conceptual base around the articulation of political communication strategies, social imagination and emotions; with reference to the case of the so-called Citizens Revolution of the Rafael Correa government in Ecuador, since it allows to go connecting the reflection with a series of significant aspects related to this socio-political process, such as: emotional discourses that appeal to the socioaffective or non-logical dimension of social life; ability to affect collective beliefs; media control and social networks; finally, the role of the President in increasing confidence in the political system.
