Pragmatic management of (suspected allergic) diaper dermatitis.

The article presents the case study of a fourth-month-old bab girl with skin problems in the diaper area. The patient's history is discussed who was healthy, normally developed, and checked regularly by a paediatrician. The patient was diagnosed with diaper dermatitis which disappeared when her mother started using cotton cloth diapers on her.
