НАДІЙНІСТЬ НИТКОВИХ З'ЄДНАНЬ ТРИКОТАЖНИХ ВИРОБІВ ЯК ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ТЕХНІЧНОГО РІВНЯ ЯКОСТІ ОДЯГУ

Purpose. The article is dedicated to improve the manufacturing technology of knitwear from the studies of deformation indicators of thread connections which are a weighty characteristic of a technological level of manufacturing quality of products and their durability of exploitation. Methodlogy. The study was conducted using methods of textile materials science and mathematical modeling and visualization. Findings. Obtained research of stretching indicators of modern knitted fabrics and seams, the use of which is the basis for the choice of processing methods to optimize the process. Originality. The peculiarities of reliability indexes thread connections for deformation characteristics considering the properties of modern knitted fabrics are determined. Practical value. The obtained results give opportunity to carry out the correct selection of thread connections for knitwear products blouses range on stage of design and technological preparation of knitwear production and to determine their technological features.
