Abstract
- The article informs that the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) is considering implementation of update to Hazard Communication Standard in context to a capsule used by municipalities and researchers to test chlorine levels in water. It mentions views of Ben Huggett, an attorney, on the Global Harmonization System proposals. It also reveals that as per OSHA guidelines, chemical manufacturers are responsible for providing information about hazards of chemicals.
