Abstract
- The article discusses a study published in the "Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics" regarding the therapeutic use of medical cannabis for epilepsy. It states the major components of cannabis with antiseizure potential such as cannabidiol (CBD) and delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Also mentioned the approval by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the medical potential of marijuana.
