Trying to put the Preventive System and the challenges of the world of communications into a fruitful dialogue means to commit oneself to a renewed understanding of this method in the light of the complexity of today's society. It means letting this question one in view of bettering Salesian educational practice. The educational commitment of "remaining with" the young people during this times of network communications calls for channeling positively not only the multiplicity of digital channels and gadgets, but also the acquisition of some competencies needed in order to give quality to life in and outside of Internet.
