Abstract
- Clinical case: Female school patient of 12 years old with a history of agenesis of right sternocleidomastoid debuting with diplopia, paralysis of the lateral rectus muscle right in targeted ophthalmologic examination was seen as key data, papilledema the ipsilateral eye, which conditioned complement tomography contrasted with skull on our 2nd level of care, which showed obliteration of the tanks of the base of the skull and the brain parenchyma image isodense, under the roof of the fourth ventricle, which determines obliteration of it. Conclusion: The reason for presenting this clinical case is that the patient did not report headache, which is the most common in this age group for medulloblastoma suspected symptom, if not presented only ophthalmological symptoms; why we review this most common malignant tumor in children, to remember and update clinical findings that allow us to suspect.
