A construção da Webdiásporica a partir dos conceitos de interculturalismo, transnacionalismo e multiterritorialismo: apontamentos analíticos.

This work proposes to argue a new concept related with the migratory studies inside the field of the Social Communication: the webdiásporica or i-diaspora. It treats of an aim analytical developed from theoretical concepts already consolidated and related to the subject, eat: diaspora, transnacionalismo, multiterritorialidad, interculturalismo and citizenship comunicacional inside the context of the Technologies of Information and Communication, the called Tics. After bibliographic review, define that the webdiásporica configures , inside migratory processes, no only like a transnational space, intercultural and multiterritorial mediático, but like a resource for interaction and distribution of social bonds (real or imaginary, with the country of origin or of destination), in which flows of information finish no alone for building an identity diaspórica, but for participating of the negotiation of citizen rights and guarantee the existence of a citizenship comunicacional.
