Azidobenzeneamines, obtained by C-H activation of aromatic amine precursors, react with aldehydes, acids, and isocyanides to produce Ugi products, which are transformed to benzimidazoles or quinoxalinones with four potential points of diversity by further reaction with triphenylphosphine.
