Abstract
- The article reports construction of a natural gas-fired combined-cycle unit along with the two coal-fired units at the Grand River Energy Center in Chouteau, Oklahoma by Grand River Dam Authority of Oklahoma. According to Charles Barney, Assistant General Manager of Fuel and Generation Projects at Grand River Dam Authority, the unit will be the most efficient facility in the Southwest Power Pool.
