The article presents a case study of an 84-year-old woman who was diagnosed with hydroxyurea-induced dermatomyositis-like eruption with associated actinic keratosis (squamous dysplasia) and leg ulcers after being presented with rashes on both hands. Topics include the development and progression of the symptoms, the side effects of hydroxyurea, and the improvement of the condition after discontinuing the use of hydroxyurea for treatment.
