Abstract
- The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of mental models in the development of entrepreneurial skills. Since McClelland (1973) began his studies on the skills, seeking to understand how best to predict the success of a person in life or at work, the trinomial Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (CHA) began to be seen as an object of evaluation and basis for the development of people. It also highlights the contribution of the French with Zarifian (2001) included in the triad "E" delivery forming CHAE. The methodology used was the literature research followed by reports obtained through unstructured interview the two entrepreneurs. The following is an open connection between the approaches of mental models and entrepreneurial skills according Man and Lau (2001), seeking inter-relationship between them will be presented. The study suggests that mental models are crucial for the successful development of skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
