The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of mental models in the development of entrepreneurial skills. Since McClelland (1973) began his studies on the skills, seeking to understand how best to predict the success of a person in life or at work, the trinomial Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (CHA) began to be seen as an object of evaluation and basis for the development of people.
