Abstract

This article presents a musical critique of Joni Mitchell's music album "Blue". Topics discussed include soliloquies, literary art and contradiction in the album. The author also mentions artistic pursuit of Mitchell, ideologies and feminism. Other topics which includes vocal style of Mitchell are also discussed.
