Abstract

The article discusses the identification and isolation of phloroglucinol derivatives from dryopteris crassirhizoma using high performance liquid chromatography coupled with linear ion trap-orbitrap mass spectrometry (HPLC-LTQ)-orbitrap mass spectrometry. Topics discussed include the antioxidant and anticancer activities of dryopteris crassirhizoma, the structures of the derivatives of phloroglucinol, and the potential compositions of dryopteris crassirhizoma for its antileukemic activity.
