Abstract

The article describes the case of an 88-year-old man diagnosed with cutaneous angiosarcoma of the scalp masquerading as facial cellulitis. The patient presented with progressive redness, swelling and pain of the left face and neck. The initial diagnosis was left neck lymphadenitis with facial cellulitis, but the patient was afebrile so he was referred to undergo an excisional biopsy of one lymph node in the neck. The patient was recommended to have chemoradiotherapy due to diffused tumor.
