Abstract
- Objective: To observe the effects of psychological test on the depression and anxiety status of hemophilia patients. Methods: 63 patients with hemophilia admitted in the department of Hematology who were treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected with the age of 18-55 and good thinking and judgment ability. All people voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.Using the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale before and after the psychological counseling and then draw a conclusion. Results: In the 63 cases of hemophilia patients with psychological counseling and testing results, depression of the patients before psychological counseling was 88.9%, after psychological counseling was 63.5%. The mean value of depression score is dropped significantly to 9.98 from 17.62, anxiety patients before psychological counseling was 77.8%, after psychological counseling was 57.1%. The mean value of anxiety score is dropped significantly to 12.06 from 20.87. The anxiety and comparison of patients who has been provided psychological counseling has a downward trend than before, and there is statistically significant (P<0.05). It fully illustrates that the psychological counseling for patients with hemophilia is effective. Conclusions: Psychological counseling is effective for patients with hemophilia.
