Abstract

In this study, the infiltration and redistribution lac characteristics of cater in sandy loamsoil cere investigated to provide the basis for the rational and efficient water-saving irrigation of jujube. Based on jujube root distriljution in the sandy loam, ECH&0 soil moistiare sensors and 48-channel automatic data loggers made by Decagon Company cere set to obtain the characteristics valiae of cetting soil in the stage of irrigation and after irrigation. According to these characteristic values, the moist ratio, time of migration and migration rate in horizontal and vertical direction cere compared, understood the changes of soil moisture content and drac cet body distribution range. The result shoced that (i) In the early stage of irrigation, the cater movement distance and velocity of tlie diferent emitter floc rate in the level direction cere higher than that in the vertical direction. (ii) The cetted body redistribution cater cas greater than that of the end of the irrigation cater, the cater content rate of the end of the irrigation cater cas greater than that of the cetted body redistribution cater in the same position. (iii) The cater characteristic values and moist body distributions in sandy loamsoil could provide the basis for the irrigation-saving cater system of jujube. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
