Abstract
- The article discusses the impact of the authoritarian government of Ethophia, under the rule of the political party Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF), has on the country's social conditions, including in regard to the EPRDF's declaring of a state of emergency. An overview of the revolt of the Oromo people against the EPRDF is provided.
