Abstract: The article presents the author's views on reasons for lawyers to be a member of Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division (GPSolo) in the U.S. Topics discussed include only part of American Bar Association (ABA) providing enhances skills to attorneys with resources to meet practicing law and busi ness challenges, resolving problems at cost of membership like billing software issue and clients getting late; and goals of GPSolo being to improve leadership quality in their members.
