Abstract: The article features examples of foundation grants in relation to social health care program Medicaid. Foundation funding discussed include funds from Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to help Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) incorporate use of Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) services into adolescent primary care, and SCAN Foundation-funded July 2016 CHCS brief "State Trends in the Delivery of Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports."
