花刺参中三个新的三萜皂苷类化合物.

Abstract

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the Stichopus variegatus. Method The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration and recrystallization. The structures of these compounds were identified through chemical reactions and spectral analyses, such as IR,1H,13C NMR,MS. Results Three compounds were identified as 3-O-[3-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-holosta-7,24-diene-3β,23S-diol, named as variegatuside C; 3-O-{3-O-methyl-β-D-glucopy-ranosyl(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-holosta-8-ene-3β,23S-diol, named as variegatuside D; 3-O-{3-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)[3-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl}-holosta-9-ene-3β, 23S-diol, named as variegatuside E.
