Abstract

In order to overcome the abuse of the existing system about laboratory full-time teacher's assessment which qualitative evaluation is primary, and quantitative assessment is complementary, this paper discusses the new evaluation principle. The principle gets the laboratory's fine management as the goal, takes the perspective of College of Internet of Things Engineering, Hohai University, starts from the job task of laboratory full-time teachers. A quantitative assessment method about laboratory full-time teachers is also presented. Assessment practices show that the laboratory full-time teacher's enthusiasm and creativity can be improved if the total score requirements of each rank personnel is determined correctly. The unit score of each kind of work is determined correctly; and the complex coefficient of each experiment preparation is determined correctly. The effective assessment practice and experience are useful references for similar laboratory's management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
