Chylous Ascites in a Neonate with Hydrops Fetalis.

The article describes the case of a 33-week-old neonate who was delivered through induction of labor following a diagnosis of fetal hydrops due to the occurrence of a small right pleural effusion which was identified by paracentesis as chylous ascites. Ultrasound result at 19 weeks showed fetal ascites and polyhdramnios.
