Abstract
- Law 13/2015, of 24 of June amends the wording of a number of articles of the Mortgage Law, with two objectives: To improve the coordination of information and cadastral registry and reform the regulation of procedures that aim to ensure consistency Registry the non-registered legal reality. Notwithstanding the many flaws of this law, both from a legal point of view, as a practical, one of the novelties of this law is that it allows the registration of geographical representation georeferenced farm in the Land Registry. This possibility has difficult to determine as an electronic file, such as containing the georeferenced geographical representation, join a Land Registry, which today, is managed electronically, but remains on stand paper.
