Abstract
- The article focuses on the potential violation made to the First Amendment rights when the signs brought by sports spectators of the College GameDay, a college football pregame broadcast by cable company ESPN, are being confiscated and destroyed as part of the campus security procedure. Topics include the filming of the College GameDay in public universities, the establishment of the restricted speech zone, and the potential litigation involved with current sign policies of ESPN.
