- An essay is presented on the history and growth of the periodical "German Studies Review," which was launched by the Western Association for German Studies (WAGS), later renamed as German Studies Association (GSA). Various topics discussed include important milestones of periodical, theoretical perspectives of the articles published in it and its editorial history.
